Dividend Watcher monitors official press releases from the primary Canadian ETF managers between the 15th and 25th of each month. It identifies monthly and semi-monthly distribution declarations, extracts per-unit payment amounts, calculates month-over-month variations, calculates historical drop probability ("Drop Watch"), and broadcasts instant alerts to a public Telegram group.

- **Drop Watch**: Statistical predictive model based on up to 12 months of historical announcement days. Snaps to Toronto business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian market holidays).
